So, it looks as if Obama has clinched the nomination, but the question remains, would you want Hilary Clinton as his running mate? I think it would be quite wise, as with his cleverness and her experience, they could make a great team and would easily beat Senator John Mccain in the general election in November. Not to mention that with Obama as president and Hillary as vice, the next 4 years would look pretty good for the American people.

if hillary's husband had never been in politics, we wouldn't be having this conversation. she is famous/popular/whatever by association. i would be very unhappy if she is on the voting ballot as either pres or vice pres

Well yeah, but with her husband by her side to give her some advice then Obama/Hillary could be a pretty good combo.

Having said that I really don't want her to be president. At least with Obama as president, he won't have to take her advice. Besides, they would easily beat McCain in the election if they came at him as a duo. Obama for president with Hillary supporting him all the way? It has been a tight race for the nomination (she won almost half the states), so I would totally support that scenario.
