refers to the second upgrade, the Red version of Choco that can run over shallow water and over most land masses.

refers to the third upgrade, the Black version of Choco that can run over shallow water, most land masses, and deep water as well.

Sky

refers to the final upgrade, the Gold version of Choco that can fly. In order to fly, ride Choco into a forest and then hit the accept button. You can only land while above a forest.

Dead Peppers

can be found in the Hot and Cold game after receiving the red Mountain upgrade. Dead Peppers are needed to enter Mountain Cracks, Dive Spots, and Chocobo's Sky Garden.

Dive Spots

are signified by a pocket of bubbles spurting in the ocean.

Mountain Cracks

are self explanitory, cracks in a mountain wall.
