Jungle Slider is a mini game in the Tarzan World. You slide down branches
and through caves and gather fruit along the way. For every 10 fruit you
pick up per level, you get a prize. There are a total of 50 fruit in the
mini game, 10 fruit per level, in 5 levels.
- This mini-game is timed. To view your high-scores, check your Journal under mini-games.
How to unlock/play this mini-game:
Sora must lock Tarzan's world with his Keyblade, and then this mini-game will
be unlocked and playable. To get to it, go to the Treehouse area. Jump off
towards the boat hanging from rope and fall into the tree tops. You'll find
yourself in a room next to a save point and a hollow tree trunk. Jump into
the hollow tree trunk's darkness and you'll find yourself playing the game.
Getting Prizes:
You get one prize for every level, to get the prizes you have to pick up all the
fruit in the mini game up to that point. To get the prize for level 1 you need 10
fruit. 20 for level 2. 50 for level 5. You will get the prize as soon as you pick
up the last piece of fruit needed.
Unlocking New Paths for New Levels:
To unlock new levels you have to complete the level you are currently on. To
unlock level 2 you must first get all 10 fruit in the first level, then finish
it. You must have 30 fruit at the end of level 3 to unlock level 4. You can also
get all the fruit for that level then use the restart option. This will start you
at the begining of the mini game and the new path will be unlocked. However, if
you use "restart", your time and score for that run will not be recorded in the Journal.
Game Levels:
Lv 1, Green Serpent:
- 3 fruits on the left
- 3 fruits on the right
- 3 fruits in the middle
- two branches blocking your way
- 1 fruit in the middle
- You win AP up if you have 10/10 fruit, and arrive at the Campsite.
- go LEFT to advance to Lv 2
Lv 2, Splash Tunnel:
- 3 fruits in the middle
- rocky turns that slow you down if you get hit.
- 3 fruits in the middle
- rocky turns that slow you down if you get hit.
- 2 fruits in the middle
- 1 fruit in the mid-left
- Smash a huge bolder on the right
- 1 fruit on the far right
- You win Orichulim if you have 20/20 fruit, and arrive at the Hippo's Lagoon.
- go LEFT to advance to Lv 3
Lv 3, Jade Spiral:
- 3 fruits in the middle
- 3 fruits on the left
- 3 fruits in the middle
- more sliding for a brief period
- 1 fruit in the middle
- You win Megalixer if you have 30/30 fruit, and arrive at the Cliffs.
- go RIGHT to advance to Lv 4
Lv 4, Panic Fall:
- 4 fruits in the middle
- 2 fruits on the right
- 4 fruits in the middle
- You win Defense up if you have 40/40 fruit, and arrive at the Top of the Falls.
- go LEFT to advance to Lv 5
Lv 5, Shadow Cavern:
- 9 fruits in the middle
- 1 fruit on the left
- You win Power up if you have 50/50 fruit, and arrive at the Bottom of the Falls.
Tips:
If you are playing the mini game and miss a fruit press start right away.
You can restart the mini game by choosing restart. This is way better then
finishing and having to get all the way back up to the treehouse.
There is one benifit to having Tarzan race with you. If you go really slow and
let him stay ahead of you constantly he will guide you to the fruit. Just stay
behind him and follow him exactly to get it all.
