1000 AD

• Go to Leene Square, just north of Crono's house
• Bump into the girl walking around by the bell in the square
• Pick up her pendant and give it to her
• Go back to the previous screen and talk to the woman sitting on the side of
  the fountain
• Go back to the area with the bell and go up the stairs on the north side of
  the screen
• Talk to Lucca to get onto the machine and then talk to Marle after you have
  been transported
• Pick up Marle's pendant and stand on the machine

600 AD
------

• Make your way through this area and to the overworld
• Go to the Guardia Forest to the west and make your way through it, to the
  north
• Go into the Guardia Castle and go straight, into the throne room and up the
  stairs on the east side
• Go all the way to the top and talk to the Queen in her room
• Go back out of the castle and make your way to the Cathedral, southwest of
  the castle
• Talk to the nun standing by the organ and then examine the shiny spot on the
  floor
• Examine the organ and go through the passage that opens up
• Make your way through this dungeon and then fight the boss
• Back at the castle, talk to the Queen and go back up to the room atop the
  stairs on the east side of the throne room
• Go back to Truce Canyon, to the east of the castle, and go to the spot where
  you first appeared here

1000 AD

• Take Marle to the Guardia castle
• When in the cell, either wait for the three days to be up for Lucca to rescue
  you or keep bothering the guards by banging on the bars to the cell until
  they open it and you can escape
• Make your way out of this area and then fight the boss on a bridge
• Escape from the castle and then run from the guards in the forest

2300 AD
-------

• Leave the area you are in and enter Lab 16, just to the north
• Go through Lab 16 and enter Arris Dome, to the east
• Climb down to the basement and head to the storage room
• Fight the boss
• Go into the next room and then go back to the room where you had to walk
  across the metal beams
• Catch the rat and remember the code it gives you
• Go back to the room with the ladder that leads to the main part of the Arris
  Dome and enter the code at the place that is shining
• Go through the door that is now accessible and make your way through this
  area to get to the info center
• Leave Arris Done and go to Lab 32, to the north
• Use the bike key on the jetbike here and beat Johnny in the race to the end
  of the highway or walk across Lab 32 to the other side
• Leave and enter the Proto Dome, to the southeast
• Examine the robot sitting by the door at the other end of this area
• Take Robo to that factory that is to the north of the Proto Dome
• Make your way through this factory and then turn on the power
• Escape from the factory, fighting the security on your way
• Talk to the old man standing by the lamppost and form a part of three
• Go to leave, talk the the old man again and then go into the door behind him
• Talk to the creature in this room and do what he says to learn magic
• Go back to the old man again and then take the pillar of light to Medina
  Village in 1000 AD

• Leave the house you warp to and go to Heckran Cave, to the southwest
• Make your way through this cave and then fight the boss at the end
• Jump in the pool of water and then go back to Leene Square
• Take the gate to the End of Time and then take the new gate to 600 AD

600 AD
------

• Head out of Truce Canyon, to the overworld and then go to the Guardia Castle
• Go down to the castle's kitchen and talk to the chef until he stops saying
  anything new
• Leave the castle and get the Jerky from the chef as you go
• Go to Zennan Bridge to the south and give the Jerky to the Knight Captain
• Fight your way across the bridge and then kill the boss at the other end
• Enter the Cursed Woods, to the south of Zennan Bridge
• Go through this forest and climb down the ladder hidden behind the green bush
• Talk to Frog and then leave the Cursed Woods
• Go to the Denadoro Mountains to the north and make your way through them
• Enter the cave and approach the sword
• Fight the bosses and then take the Masamune's blade
• Go to Tata's house, south of the Denadoro Mountains and Cursed Woods and talk
  to the kid you saw in the mountains to get the Hero's Medal
• Go back to Frog's place in the Cursed Woods and show him the Hero's Medal
• Open up the pot that is now shining and get the other part of the Masamune
• Go to the End of Time and take the gate to Medina Village in 1000 AD
• Go southwest, to Melchior's Hut and talk to Melchior
• Go back to the End of Time and take the gate to 65,000,000 BC

• Fight the monsters and then follow Ayla out of the mountains
• Go to the Chief's Hut, to the north and across a bridge and talk to Ayla
• Talk to your party members and Ayla until she challenges you and then accept
  her challenge
• Beat her in the soup drinking contest
• Go south and enter the Forest Maze
• Follow the footprints through the maze and then enter the Reptite Lair
• Make your way through the lair and then fight the boss
• Go to the Mystic Mountains and take the gate to the End of Time
• Take the gate to Medina Village in 1000 AD, go to Melchior's Hut and then
  talk to Melchoir
• Wait for the repairs to be done on the Masamune, go back to the End of Time
  and then go to 600 AD

600 AD
------

• Go to Frog's home in the Cursed Woods and show him the Masamune
• Take Frog to the Magic Cave, northwest of the Cursed Woods
• Go through this cave and then enter Magus's Lair
• Talk to everyone here and then step on the save point
• Fight both of the bosses and continue through the castle
• Fight the next boss, go through the rest of the castle and then fight the
  final boss in this area

65,000,000 BC
-------------

• Go north, to the Laruba Ruins and listen to Ayla's conversation with the old
  man
• Go to the Dactyl Nest, to the northeast of the Laruba Ruins
• Make your way through here and meet up with Ayla
• Fly the Dactyls to the Tyrano Lair, in the middle of some volcanoes to the
  southwest
• Go through the Tyrano Lair, fight the first boss and continue on
• Fight the next bosses
• Go into the Lair Ruins and then go into the gate

12,000 BC
---------

• Exit the cave and enter the Skyway, to the southwest
• Stand on the pink spot on the floor and then leave this other part of the
  Skyway
• Go to Enhansa, just to the east, and talk to the boy with blue hair that has
  a cat following him
• Go to the Land Bridge to the north and step on the pink spot on the ground to
  go back to the surface
• Leave this building and go to the Skyway to the northwest
• Step on the pink spot in this one to warp up again and this time enter the
  Cave to the northwest
• Step into the light to warp up to another cave and leave this one
• Go into the next cave, warp, leave this one and then enter the Zeal Palace
• Go through the eastern-most door on the north side of here and then enter the
  door on the right in this small hall
• Go back to the main room of the palace and enter the door in the middle of
  the north wall
• Examine the door Schala went through and then go back to the previous room
• Talk to the Nu standing in front of the western-most door on the north wall
  to get it to move and then go through it
• Go through the door at the other end of this hallway and then examine the red
  spot that shines
• Go back to the door Schala went through and this time you can open it
• Go through the door and then fight the boss, note that you do not have to
  beat it
• Take the Dactyls back to the Mystic Mountains and take the gate there to the
  End of Time
• Take the gate to 2300 AD

2300 AD

• Leave the Proto Dome and then go back to Lab 32
• Either race and beat Johnny again or walk to the other side of Lab 32
• Leave Lab 32 and enter the Sewer Access, to the south of this side of Lab 32
• Make your way through the sewers and then fight the boss
• Find the exit to the sewers and then enter the Keeper's Dome, to the south of
  the sewer's exit
• Use the pendant to unlock the door with the crest and then go through this
  hall, to where the Wings of Time is kept
• Take the Epoch and return to 12,000 BC

12,000 BC

• Go northwest, to the Terra Cave
• Climb down all of the ladders, to the lowest level and then go through the
  door
• Go through this cave, fighting the monsters, and then fight the bosses
• Climb up the chain to get to the Mountain of Woe
• Cross the mountain and then fight the boss
• Talk to Melchior and then go back to the Zeal Palace
• Go into the door in the middle of the north wall, through this hallway and
  then fight the boss
• Enter the thing that looks like a gate to get into the Ocean Palace
• Make your way through the Ocean Palace and then fight the bosses
• Continue on to the Mammon Machine and then fight the boss, note that you are
  not supposed to beat this boss
• Go to the Commons and talk to the old man
• Escape from your cell and then find the chests that hold your equipment,
  money and items
• Find your way onto the the wing and then fight the boss
• Fight the next boss and then take back the Epoch
• Go to the North Cape, north of the Commons, and examine the shiny spot on the
  ground

• Either take the Epoch to 1999 AD, take the bucket gate in The End of Time to
  1999 AD or go through the Black Omen
• Defeat Lavos
