Capture List

In the table below, the columns "Likes" and "Hates" define the items that the corresponding monster does and does not like. If you feed the monster what it likes, attempting to capture the monster should be somewhat easier.

Other Capture Hints and Tips:

- Capturing a monster gives you extra souls for your Morpher.
- You can only use "Capture" on a monster which is not at full health.
- For each 4% of the monster's health that has been lowered, the percentage chance for successfully capturing the monster raises by 1%.
- Which direction you face vs. the direction the monster faces, has NO affect on your chances of successfully capturing that monster.
- Some monsters can NOT be captured:
- Undead: Zombies, Vampires
- Stone: Blade Biter, Rockbeast, Tough Skin
- Fairy: Sprite, Titania
- Tonberry: Tonberry, Master Tonberry
- "Last monster left"
- "Dead (monster)"
- If the target/monster has a "Ribbon" equipped.
- A great way to do minimal damage to a monster, so you don't kill it but need to reduce just a little bit more health off of the monster: use the Paladin's "Subdue" ability.
